In 2018, where all my passion for design and programming began, one afternoon playing Fortnite, I realized that there were more and more players and that the level was growing. It was always my passion to compete in video games but at the time, there was no tournament or anything similar. That's why I decided to create "etorneos".

What is a Etorneos?

As I mentioned before, this had started as a hobby and my passion for video games in my room, I never thought it would grow so much and so fast. Having a tournament every week, and being in charge of all the tasks practically alone, designing each tournament flyer, organizing the tournament, contacting each team, being attentive 24/7 if someone needed help, being a "judge" of each game , broadcast and cast, all this every week for a year and being alone it was very difficult for me to maintain it. That is why at the end of 2019 I decided to put this beautiful project aside, and keep all the beautiful things and the learning that it left me.

In each tournament 64 teams participated per week, therefore there would be 256 teams per month. Each team consisted of 4 players and a substitute, so it would give a figure of 1280 monthly players. They were very large numbers, and at the beginning the money from each tournament came out of my pocket and it was only usd 10 for the price pool. Due to this, I decide to get sponsors to be able to pay for the tournaments, and to be able to do raffles with my followers. Luckily I was able to get three big brands such as Backup uy and the well-known international brands, Redragon and TrustGaming.
